  • Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. This right applies only to standard products, not personalized or custom-made items.

2. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for products with quality issues, defects, or damages upon receipt.
  • Customers must notify us of any quality issues or defects within 14 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us at orders@tunesday-music.com with details of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
  • We will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds will only be processed once the defect or quality issue is confirmed by us (for vinyl records) or by our POD partner (for print-on-demand products like t-shirts). Customers must wait for our confirmation before returning the product.
  • Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by us.

5. Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defects or quality issues.
